परिचय
काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक जिल्लाको बनेपा न.पा. वडा नं. १३ (साबिक नासिकास्थान गा.वि.स. वडा नं. ४) स्थित यस श्री महेन्द्र मा.वि. तत्कालिन समयमा नासिकास्थान गाउँ पञ्चायत र आसपासका अन्य पञ्चायतका अभिभावकहरुका बाल बच्चाहरुलाई ज्ञानको ज्योती फैलाउन, चेतनाको स्तर वृद्धि गर्न साथै शिक्षाको आवश्यकताको महसुस गरी समाजसेवी स्व. श्री झलकबहादुर जोशी ज्यू लगायत विभिन्न स्थानीय व्यक्तिहरुको सहयोगमा स्व. श्री ५ महेन्द्रको राज्यरोहण वर्ष वि.सं. २०११ जेष्ठ ५ गतेका दिन श्री महेन्द्र राष्ट्रिय प्राइमरी स्कुलको नामाकरण स्थापना भएको विद्यालयको अभिलेखबाट थाहा हुन्छ । अभिलेख अनुसार वि.सं. २०१३ वैशाख ३ गते यस विद्यालयले अनौपचारीक रुपमा स्वीकृती पाई सञ्चालनमा आइरहेको साथै वि.स. २०१३/०१४ तिर नै श्री ५ महेन्द्रको पूर्वी नेपालको भ्रमणको क्रममा यस विद्यालयको निरीक्षण गरीबक्सी विद्यालयलाई आर्थिक सहयोग स्वरुप तत्कालकै समयमा रु. ४००।– (अक्षरेपी चार सय मात्र) नगद प्रदान गर्न निर्देशन दिई उक्त नगद प्राप्त भएको अभिलेखबाट देखिन्छ ।
स्थापना कालको समयमा गुठीको जग्गामा निर्माण भएको विद्यालयको भवनमा कक्षा सञ्चालन हुँदै आएकोमा उक्त भवन बजार बस्तीको हल्ला साथै सवारी दुर्घटनाका कारणबाट कक्षा सञ्चालन गर्न उपयुक्त नभएकोले उपयुक्त स्थानको खोजी गर्ने क्रममा तत्कालिन नासिकास्थान गाउँ पञ्चायत वडा नं. ४ निवासी विद्यालय सञ्चालक समितिका संस्थापक अध्यक्ष एवं समाजसेवी श्री झलक बहादुर जोशी, केदार माया श्रेष्ठ लगायत अन्य व्यक्तिहरुबाट आफ्नो हकभोग भित्रको करिब ४ रोपनी जग्गा विद्यालयलाई निःशुल्क प्रदान गरी समाज सेवाको प्रशंसनीय कार्य गर्नु भएको अभिलेखबाट थाहा हुन्छ । साथै उक्त जग्गाहरु मध्ये श्री झलक बहादुर जोशी ज्यू को नामको १ कित्ता जग्गा निजका जेष्ठ सुपत्र एवं विद्यालयका संस्थापक सदस्य श्री माधव नारायण जोशी ज्यूको पहलमा उहाँ का परिवारका सम्पूर्ण सदस्यहरुको सहमती अनुािर वि.सं. २०७०।०२।०४ मा प्रचलित मुल्य अनुसार अनुमानित पच्चिस लाख रुपैँया बराबरको जग्गा विद्यालयको नाममा लालपूर्जा बनाई हस्तान्तरण गर्नुभएको छ । साथै उपरोक्त अनुसारको जग्गा मध्येबाट मिति २०७६/०१/०६ मा बनेपा न.पा.–१३ निवासी श्री चम्पा देवी श्रेष्ठबाट ०–१४–०–३ क्षेत्रफलको जग्गा विद्यालयको नाममा प्रमाण पुर्जा बनाई हस्तान्तरण गर्नु भएको छ ।
वि.सं. २०१३ सालमा औपचारिक मान्यता पाई सञ्चालनमा आइरहेको यस विद्यालय वि.सं. २०३६ सालसम्म कक्षा ६ सम्म सञ्चालन भई वि.सं. २०३७ मा कक्षा ७ र वि.सं. २०३८ सालदेखि कक्षा ८ सञ्चालन भयो । यसै समयमा विद्यालय सञ्चालक समितिका पदाधिकारीहरु, स्थानीय शिक्षा प्रेमीहरु एवम् अभिभावकहरु, विद्यालयका प्र.अ. लगायत शिक्षकहरु साथै अन्य गन्यमान्य व्यक्तिहरुको पहलमा वि.सं. २०३८ मा माध्यमिक विद्यालयको रुपमा औपचारीक स्वीकृती पाई वि.सं. २०४१ सालमा प्रवेशिका परीक्षाको पहिलो व्याजमा अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थीहरु सहभागी भएको अभिलेखबाट थाहा हुन्छ । यस प्रकार सोही समयबाट मा.वि. तहको पठनपाठन हुँदै आइरहेको यस विद्यालय वि.सं. २०६७ साल श्रावण महिनाबाट साविक उ.मा.वि. तहमा हाल दुई वटा संकाय मानविकि र वाणिज्य समुहको कक्षाहरु सञ्चालन हुँदै आइरहेको छ । मिति २०६७।०८।१० मा साविक उ.मा.वि. परिषद्को अस्थायी सम्बन्धन प्राप्त बनेपा न.पा. वडा नं १३ स्थित यस महेन्द्र मा.वि. ऐतिहासिक विद्यालय भएको साथै तत्कालिन समयमा विद्यालय संस्थापक अध्यक्ष स्व. श्री झलक बहादुर जोशी रहेको साथै सञ्चालक समितिका संस्थापक सदस्यहरु निम्न अनुसार भएको अभिलेखमा पाइन्छ ।
